V H Travels

Our travel business operates out of Andheri West and we also have a location over in New Panvel East. It is a bit of a long stretch between the two offices, but that is how we have set things up to cover more ground for our clients. We spend most of our time organizing cars and drivers for people who need to get around the city or go on longer trips out of town. The office at number 32 is where we handle the bookings and talk to customers about where they want to go. It is not a fancy place with travel brochures everywhere; it is more of a functional space with a phone that never seems to stop ringing. We have to keep a close eye on the traffic reports because Andheri is famous for its jams, and we don't want our drivers getting stuck for hours before they even pick anyone up. Most of our day is spent coordinating timings and making sure the vehicles are clean and ready for the next passenger. We don't do big group tours or anything complicated, just simple car rentals and point-to-point drops for families or office workers. Sometimes the weather makes things difficult, especially during the heavy rains when the roads get flooded, and we have to spend all day rescheduling trips. It is a lot of juggling different schedules and hoping the roads stay clear enough for us to stay on time for our guests.
