UV BUILDCON LLP

Our office is down at Marine Drive in Mumbai, in a building called Al Jabreya Court on Netaji Subhash Road. We are UV BUILDCON LLP, and you can find us on the ground floor, unit 116, at plot 69. Being near Churchgate is nice because the sea is right there, and you get a bit of a breeze in the evenings. The building is one of those older ones with a lot of history, and our office is quite small and filled with papers. We aren't a big corporate firm with hundreds of employees. It is just a handful of us who manage building projects around the city. We don’t have a polished image or a fancy website. We just spend our time on the phone or out at construction sites, making sure everything is moving forward. It is a lot of stress trying to get things done in such a busy city, but we have been at it for a long time. We don't use marketing speak to try and impress people. We just tell it like it is and hope the work speaks for itself. Dealing with the traffic and the heat is just part of the daily grind for us. We just show up, do the jobs we have, and try to keep everything organized in our own way. It’s honest work and it keeps us going.
