We are based in the Sakinaka Industrial Market area of Matunga East, specifically up in Maitri Heights on the fifth floor. Being on the Andheri Ghatkopar Link Road makes it a bit of a commute for some, but we've been here for a long time. Our space is more of an office and a small storage area for the products we handle. It's not a retail store where you walk in and browse shelves. We mostly deal with other businesses and people who know exactly what they are looking for in terms of industrial supplies. The elevator in the building can be a bit slow some days, so we often take the stairs. We spend a lot of time on the phone or checking emails for orders. It’s a lot of paperwork and tracking shipments. The view from the fifth floor shows the busy road below, which is always packed with traffic. We don't have a big marketing team or a fancy lobby. It's just a functional workspace with desks and some sample products lying around. We’ve grown used to the hum of the industrial market. It’s a practical environment for what we do. We focus on getting the orders right and making sure the items are ready for pickup or delivery. It's steady work and we've built a routine over the years in this building. Just a regular business doing its part in the industrial chain. We usually close up once the sun starts going down and the traffic gets worse.
