We’re located at Shop Number 7 in the Bhanushali Building. It’s near the GPO, which makes it easy for people to find us once they get to the Fort area. The industrial estate vibe is a bit different, but it’s where we’ve set up our small office. Visa work is mostly about forms and checking things twice. People come in looking pretty stressed out about their interviews or their documents, and we just try to help them sort it all out. There’s a lot of talking and explaining how the whole process works. The office is small and filled with folders and stacks of paper. We don’t have a lot of fancy stuff here. Just some desks, computers, and a lot of patience. Sometimes the rules change and we have to figure out the new way of doing things on the fly. It’s not a glamorous job, but it’s important for the people who want to travel or move for work. We see a lot of different faces every day. Some are students, and some are families looking for a change. It gets quite busy around the middle of the day. We just keep our heads down and work through the files one by one. Being near the GPO is helpful for all the mailing we have to do for our clients. We aren't some big consulting firm with a high-rise office. We’re just here in Shop 7, helping people with their paperwork as best as we can every single day.
