Urmila Travels

Urmila Travels is run out of a small office at 131 Bomanji Lane. We are on the first floor, which makes it easier for people since they don't have to climb too many flights of stairs. The area is Fort, specifically near the 1St Main Road in Nanjudeshwara Nagar. It's a long address to write down, but once you find Bomanji Lane, we are right there. We spend our days booking bus tickets and sorting out travel arrangements for local families. The office has some old maps on the walls and a few desks where we keep the computers. It gets a bit tight when more than two or three customers are inside at the same time, but we manage just fine. The street outside is always humming with the sound of cars and people walking toward the station. We’ve been in this exact spot for quite a few years now. It’s a very basic setup, mostly just us and our files. We don't have a marketing department or anything like that. Most of our customers come to us because their parents or neighbors did. Working in Fort is hectic, but we like being where the action is. We just keep the files moving and try to get the bookings done without too much fuss. It’s a very simple business, and we don't try to make it anything more than that. We just enjoy helping people get where they need to go.
