Urmi Travels

Urmi Travels is located right in Mulund West, specifically in the New Mataji Building. We are on the first floor, sitting right across the street from the Union Bank of India. It’s a handy spot because everyone knows where the bank is. We spend our days looking at routes and figuring out how to get people from one place to another. It’s not a glamorous job, mostly just a lot of phone calls and checking schedules on the computer. The office is small and filled with papers and old calendars, but we know where everything is. People come in to ask about bus timings or train tickets, and we do our best to find something that works for them. We don't have any big marketing slogans or anything like that. We just try to help people get where they need to go without a headache. Sometimes it gets busy and we have a few people waiting in the plastic chairs, but usually, it’s just a steady pace. Being in Mulund West means we see a lot of the same faces over the years. We’ve been in the Mataji building for a while now, and we’ve become a regular fixture of the street. It’s just a local travel shop where we talk about destinations and try to make the booking process a bit easier for the neighborhood.
