Urbancapital Properties Private Limited is based in the Kalpataru Horizon building. Our office is A-214 on S. K. Ahire Marg in Worli. Worli is a central part of Mumbai, and it always feels like something is happening right outside our windows. The office itself is pretty functional. We use it as a home base for managing all the property stuff we have going on. It’s not about being fancy; it’s about having a place to sit down and figure out the logistics of our projects. We spend a lot of time on the phone and in meetings trying to get things lined up. The city can be a tough place to get things built, so we spend a lot of time dealing with various rules and regulations. It’s a lot of practical, everyday work that doesn't always sound exciting but it has to be done. We have a small team here and everyone knows their job. We don't use a lot of big words or try to sound more important than we are. We just look at the properties, talk to the people involved, and try to keep things moving in the right direction. S. K. Ahire Marg can get pretty crowded, but we’ve gotten used to the noise over the years. It’s just part of working in this part of town. We just show up and do what needs to be done.
