Ur Events

You can find Ur Events over at Vihar Estate on Sakivihar Road in Andheri East. We’re right next to the Mercedes showroom, which makes it pretty easy to explain to delivery drivers. The area is quite industrial and busy, so there’s always a lot of noise from the road. Our space in unit 111 is where we spend most of our time. It’s not a huge place, but it fits us and all the stuff we need for our event work. We’ve got boxes of supplies stacked in the corners and calendars marked up with all sorts of dates. It feels like a real workshop sometimes. We aren’t the type of people who wear suits and sit in glass offices. We’re usually in jeans, moving things around or sitting at our computers until our eyes get tired. It’s a lot of coordination. We talk to vendors, check on deliveries, and make sure the schedules are actually being followed. Sometimes the power goes out or the internet is slow, and we just have to deal with it. It’s a practical kind of business. We don't spend money on fancy decorations for the office because we’d rather just get the work done right. We’ve been here for a good while and we know the neighborhood well. It’s a bit of a grind sometimes, but we like seeing a project come together after all the stress.
