Uprise Spaces India LLP

Our office is located on the 11th floor of Utkarsh CHS, which is Plot 1035 on Jivba Atmaram Raul Marg. We’re in Khed Gully, just off Sayani Road in Mumbai. It’s a bit of a climb, but we have the elevators for that. Uprise Spaces India LLP runs from unit 44. Being up on the 11th floor is nice because it gets us away from some of the street noise from down below in Khed Gully. The space itself is quite basic. We have what we need to get our work done—desks, a small meeting table, and our equipment. We spend most of our day here, unless we are out at a site. It’s a local operation, and we don’t put on any airs. The hallway outside is usually quiet, but our office can get pretty active when everyone is in at once. We handle all kinds of space and property tasks from this one room. It’s not a big corporate headquarters, just a place where a few people work hard. We’ve been in this building for a while and know the other folks on the floor. It’s a decent spot in a very busy part of the city. We don't bother with marketing talk or trying to sound bigger than we are. We just take care of the business at hand and try to make sure everything is handled correctly. If someone drops by, they’ll find us just doing our regular routine.
