We operate out of Room 13/B in the Anand Ashram building, which is located in Dadar West. Being near the Majestic area and having Vaibhav Caterers close by makes it easy for folks to find where we are. Dadar is a place that never really stays quiet, and our office reflects that. We have brochures piled up on the desks and a couple of old maps pinned to the wall that have seen better days. Usually, there are two or three of us here handling the phones and trying to coordinate travel plans for people who want to get away for a bit. It’s a small room, so you can hear every conversation going on. We spend a lot of time looking at schedules and trying to make sense of different routes. Sometimes the internet acts up, and we have to wait a bit, which can be frustrating when we are in a hurry. We don't have any fancy leather chairs or a big sign outside. It’s just a regular workspace where we handle the day-to-day tasks of running a travel business. People stop by to ask about ticket prices or just to see what kind of trips are available. We keep it straightforward. There is no mystery to how we work; we just take the information, look at the options, and tell the customer what is possible. It is a lot of routine work, but we like being in the heart of Dadar. We just get on with it.
