We are over here at Worlikoliwada in Mumbai, right by the fish market. If you know the area, you know how busy it gets every single morning with the smell of the sea and people shouting. Universal Aviation Pvt. Ltd. is basically us working out of 86G/9 in the Jeevan Deoji Chawl. It is not some fancy high-rise office like you see on TV. It is a real place where we get things done. Mostly we are busy with paperwork and talking to people about flights or whatever needs fixing that day. Sometimes the rains make it hard to get around, but we stay open. The address is a bit tucked away, so people sometimes miss the turn near the market. We have been here for a while now. It is just a small team of us. We drink a lot of tea and try to keep things moving. There is always noise outside from the street vendors and the bikes going past. It is just how life is in this part of Mumbai. We don't really do the whole corporate thing with suits. Most days it’s just about getting through the list of tasks. If you come by, you’ll see the chawl is quite old but it works for us. We know the neighbors and the guy who sells tea at the corner. It is a simple setup but it’s ours. We just keep our heads down and do the work we have.
