We are based out in Kharghar at the Maitri Ocean building. It's in Sector 20. Flat A-401 is where we keep our files and meet up before heading out to different sites. It’s a residential area mostly, so it’s pretty calm compared to the middle of Mumbai. We’ve been working on EPC projects for a bit now. It’s a lot of coordination between different contractors and workers. Sometimes it feels like we’re always on the phone. The office is small but it’s enough for what we do. We usually have a few drawings spread out on the table and some coffee going. Kharghar has grown a lot lately, and we've seen new buildings popping up everywhere. We mostly focus on infrastructure and construction stuff. It's hard work and the hours can be long, but that’s just how it is in this line of business. We don't have a receptionist or fancy furniture. It’s just us sitting around a desk making sure the numbers add up and the materials show up on time. We try to be fair with everyone we work with. It's a local operation. Sometimes the rain makes travel to the sites a bit difficult, but we manage. If you're looking for us, just head to Plot 40, it's right there in the complex. We’re usually around during the day. The building has a decent view of the surroundings which is a nice break when things get stressful. It’s a solid place to work from.
