Unique India Holidays is located over at 308 Fort Nandanvan on B Street. If you’re looking for us, we are in the Hanuman Building on the second floor. The Jogupalaya area is always interesting to walk through, though it can get a bit crowded during the middle of the day. Our office is filled with stacks of papers, old brochures, and a few maps pinned to the walls. We spend a lot of time talking to people about where they want to go and trying to figure out the best routes. It’s not a polished travel agency like you see in the malls. It’s more of a practical space where we sit down and get into the details of planning. The stairs up to the second floor can be a bit of a climb, especially when it’s humid outside. We usually have the radio playing softly in the background while we work. It’s mostly just us handling the bookings and answering questions on the phone. Sometimes it gets a bit chaotic when everyone wants to travel at the same time, but we just take it one person at a time. We’ve been here in this building for quite a while, so we’re part of the furniture now. We don’t have a big sales team or anything like that. It’s just a handful of us who know how to get things organized. We like being in Fort; there is a lot of history around here.
