Uniglobe Grandslam Travel

Our small travel office is located in Pooja Apartment, specifically 3/301 in Anand Koliwad. Mumbra is a busy suburb of Thane, and 400612 is where we call home. Uniglobe Grandslam Travel might have a big name, but we’re just a small group of people working out of a flat. Most of our day is spent looking at travel routes and trying to find the cheapest way for someone to get to their village or maybe go on a small holiday. It’s not all exotic destinations and luxury cruises. A lot of it is just the boring stuff like visas, insurance, and tickets. We have a few desks squeezed into the room and the walls are covered in calendars and maps. Mumbra can be a loud place with all the trains and the people, but we like the buzz. We don't have a big sign outside, just a small one so people can find the right door. We’ve been here for a while and most of our customers are people from the neighborhood who know us by name. We don't do fancy commercials or radio ads. If someone needs to travel, they just come up the stairs and talk to us. We try to be helpful and don't promise things we can't actually do. It’s a simple way of working, but it’s kept us going for years and we don't plan on changing much. We just keep the tea hot and the computers running for the next guest.
