Ultrabuild Projects Llp

We are located at Ultrabuild Projects Llp on N M Joshi Marg. It's right in the Sitaram Mill Compound in Lower Parel. If you know Mumbai, you know this area is always busy. Our office is in the Creative Industrial Estate, specifically on the second floor, plot number twelve. The stairs up to the second floor are a bit narrow, and you can hear the sounds of the other businesses around us. It's an old industrial spot, so it has that classic Mumbai feel to it. People are always coming and going. Sometimes it gets a bit noisy with the traffic outside on N M Joshi Marg, but we’ve gotten used to it. We spend most of our days here handling the paperwork and the project planning. It’s not a fancy glass building, but it works for what we do. Most of us have been around this part of Lower Parel for a long time. We know where to get the best tea nearby and which shortcuts to take when the main roads are blocked. It feels like a real community in this compound. We’ve got a lot of files stacked up and some maps on the walls. It’s a functional space. We don’t really do the whole corporate lounge thing. It’s just us working through our lists and making sure things get done. The location is convenient once you figure out the layout of the mill compound.
