We are based out of A-302 in the Gahlot Residency building. It is in Sector 1-S of New Panvel, which is a bit of a distance from the main Mumbai center, but we like the pace here. Having the HDFC Bank nearby makes it easy to explain where we are to people. Our office at Ugam Solutions Pvt. Ltd., Mumbai, is basically an apartment that we turned into a workspace. It is comfortable and has a more relaxed feeling than those big office parks. We’ve got the 410206 area code and we've been part of this community for a while. It is mostly just a group of us sitting around desks, working on various solutions. We don’t have a boss who walks around in a suit. We just wear our regular clothes and get the daily tasks done. Sometimes we have lunch together in the small kitchen area. It is a very human way of doing things. New Panvel is growing, but our little spot in Gahlot Residency stays pretty quiet. We don't use any complicated mission statements or corporate jargon. We just do the work that needs doing. It is a practical and honest way to spend our working hours.
