Our branch is in Abhimaan-Ii, right on LBS Marg in the Naupada area of Thane West. Shop No. 8 is where we spend our days. It’s a very busy stretch of road, especially since we are so close to the Teenhath Naka signal. If you look across the street, you’ll see the Forest Office. That’s the easiest way to tell someone where we are. We see all kinds of people coming in to send money or change currency. The shop is small and we have a counter that separates the staff from the customers. It’s for safety and organization. The traffic outside never really stops, so there’s always a hum of engines in the background. We have to speak up a bit sometimes so people can hear us over the street noise. We keep the place clean, but it’s a working office, so there’s always paper moving around. We don't have any fancy couches or coffee machines. Just the basics to get the financial tasks done. Most of us know the regular customers who come in every month. We’ve been at this location for a good bit of time. It’s a practical spot for people living in Naupada to get their errands done. We just focus on the numbers and making sure the transactions are right. It’s a lot of sitting and typing, but that’s the job. The 400602 area is always hopping, and we are right in the middle of it.
