TVAM Developers Private Limited is located over at Goregaon West, specifically in Techniplex II. We’re up on the 5th floor in Unit 13. If you know the area, it’s right near that Veer Savarkar Flyover which is basically always packed with cars during the morning rush. Being in an IT building like Techniplex means there are always people moving around, especially with it being on SV Road. Our space isn't huge, but it gets the job done for what we do every day. Sometimes the wait for the elevators can be a bit much around lunchtime, but that's just part of being in a big building in Mumbai. We’ve been operating from this Goregaon spot for a while now. Most of our staff lives nearby or takes the train to the station and then a rickshaw. It’s a busy part of the city, and being on the fifth floor gives us a bit of a view of the street below. We don't really have a big fancy lobby or anything like that. Just a regular office where we sit and work on our developer projects. The neighbors are mostly other tech or service companies. It feels like a productive corner of Mumbai City. We just try to keep things moving and stay on top of our daily tasks without too much fuss. It's a practical place for us to be located given the accessibility.
