Turbhe Properties LLP is located right in the middle of the Mumbai rush. Our office is on the first and second floors of Metro House, which is on Mahatma Gandhi Road in the Dhobi Talao area. It’s a very old part of the city, and being in such a historic building means there is always something interesting happening outside our windows. We handle property matters here. Mumbai real estate is always a bit of a headache, so we spend a lot of our time going through documents and talking to people about various spaces. The office at Metro House is busy throughout the week. You have the sounds of the traffic and the people walking by on MG Road all day long. We don’t really do anything flashy. It is mostly about keeping track of property details and making sure all the paperwork is in order. Working in the Dhobi Talao area means we are close to everything, which helps when we need to visit different sites or government offices. The team here just gets on with it. We drink a lot of chai and spend hours on the phone. There is no corporate polish here, just a lot of practical work to keep things moving. It can be stressful with the city’s pace, but we’ve been at it long enough that it’s just normal now. We are just a local property firm trying to stay organized.
