We are based in the old part of Mumbai, specifically in Chira Bazar. Our office is number 14 on the first floor of Plumber House, which is located at 557 J.S.S. Road. If you’ve ever walked through Chira Bazar, you know how lively and crowded it can be. It’s a place with a lot of history and character. Our building, Plumber House, has been around for a long time too. Inside, the office is pretty basic and functional. We have our desks, our files, and a lot of drawings spread out everywhere. We do infra-development, which basically means we spend a lot of time thinking about how to improve the local area and its buildings. We aren't a big, polished company with glass walls. We’re just a small team of people who have been in this industry for a long time. The stairs up to the office are a bit narrow, and the walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but it works for us. We’re more interested in what’s happening on our sites than what the office looks like. Most of our time is spent dealing with the many details that come with developing property in a city like this. It’s a lot of work, and it’s rarely easy, but we keep at it day after day. We’ve got deep roots in this neighborhood and know the people here. We don’t make big promises, we just try to get the work done right. That’s how we’ve always operated. It’s a simple way of doing things.
