We are located on the ground floor of the Madhur Sangam building in Sion West. It’s a good spot because people can just walk in off the street without having to climb any stairs. We’ve been here in Mumbai 22 for several years now. The office isn't very big, but we make it work. We have posters of different places on the walls, mostly to cover up some of the marks on the paint. There are three of us who work here most days. We spend a lot of time booking tickets and looking at train and flight schedules. It’s a lot of sitting and typing, and the phone rings quite a bit throughout the day. Sometimes the printer jams when we’re trying to get a ticket out for a customer, which can be annoying when we are in a hurry. We know the neighbors in the building well. We often go to the corner shop for tea in the morning and again in the afternoon. We don't have a big marketing team or anyone telling us what to say. People mostly find out about us because they live nearby or their friends told them we’re okay to deal with. It’s a simple business. We just try to get the details right so people can get where they need to go without any trouble. It’s just a normal office with normal people working in it. We don't need it to be anything else or sound important.
