You can find us at Shop 3 in the Paradise Heights building, which is in Mulund East. We focus on putting together trips to Kashmir. It’s a small shop, just enough space for a couple of desks and a place for people to sit when they come to talk to us. We’ve been here in Mulund for a while and have become known as the place to go if you want to visit the north. We don’t have a big corporate team or a fancy call center. It’s usually just us answering the phones and replying to messages. We spend a lot of our time talking to hotel owners and car drivers up in Kashmir to make sure everything is ready for our guests. The shop is simple, with some photos of the mountains on the walls to give people an idea of what they’ll see. We don’t believe in using a lot of marketing talk. We just tell you what the weather is like and what kind of hotels you can expect. Sometimes it gets a bit busy and we have a lot of people dropping by at once, but we try to give everyone a bit of time. It’s a specific kind of business, and we like sticking to what we know. We just focus on making sure the trips go as smoothly as possible.
