Trupti Milk & Snacks Bar

We are located in Dadar West, over at Aswathappa Layout in Subbanna Palya, right on the 80 Feet Road. It is a good spot because there is always someone walking by. We focus mostly on milk and some basic snacks that people like to grab on their way to work or when they are heading home in the evening. The shop opens up early because that is when the milk crates arrive and we have to get everything organized before the morning rush starts. It can be a bit chaotic at six in the morning with the trucks and the noise. My brother and I run the place most of the time, and we have one helper who has been with us for years. The layout of the shop is pretty basic, just some shelves and a refrigerated section for the dairy stuff. We don't really have space for people to sit down, so it's more of a quick stop-and-go kind of place. Sometimes we get people asking for things we don't carry, and we just tell them where the nearest big market is. It is a simple life, just counting change and stocking the shelves. The 80 Feet Road is always busy, so we see a lot of different people every day. We just try to keep things clean and make sure the milk stays cold, especially when the sun is beating down on the front of the shop. We have been here for a bit and plan to stay.
