Our office is over at Creado House in Sutar Pakhadi. It’s a bit of a name to remember, but we are located on Battipada Road in Khimji Nagar. We are quite close to the Air Cargo Complex in Andheri East. This area is always moving because of the airport nearby. You can hear the planes sometimes when it’s quiet. We help people plan their trips and get their documents in order. The office is usually filled with the sound of keyboards clicking. We have a few desks and a lot of folders. It’s not a shiny corporate office, but it gets the job done. The road outside can get quite muddy when it rains, so we spend a lot of time cleaning the floor. We don’t have a marketing department or anything like that. We just talk to people when they walk in or call us. Most of our clients are businesses from the Cargo Complex or families from the neighborhood. It’s a mix of everything. We keep it simple here. No fancy slogans or big posters. Just a calendar on the wall and a pot of coffee in the corner. We’ve been at this location for a while and we like the pace of Andheri East. It feels like we are right in the heart of things. We have a small fridge where we keep our lunch boxes. Around noon, the whole office smells like home-cooked food. It’s a nice break from the stress of organizing international trips.
