We have been sitting in the Nirnay Sagar Building for a long time now. Our office is on the first floor of the D-8 section over here on Kalbadevi Paltan Road in Joytiba Nagar. It is usually pretty busy around here because of the location. We spend most of our days answering the phone and looking at train or bus schedules for people who walk in. The building itself is an older one and sometimes the stairs feel a bit steep if you are carrying bags. We deal with a lot of local folks from the neighborhood who just want to get their tickets sorted without too much fuss. It gets a bit noisy outside with all the traffic on Paltan Road but we are used to it by now. There are three of us here usually just managing the daily bookings and trying to keep the paperwork organized. We do not have fancy furniture or a big lobby because it is just a practical workspace. People know where to find us in Joytiba Nagar when they need to plan a trip. Sometimes the internet is slow or the power goes out for a bit but we just keep things moving along. It is a straightforward operation where we just focus on getting the details right for whoever walks through the door. Being on the first floor makes it easy for most people to just pop in while they are out doing their other errands in the market area.
