Trimurti Properties

We’ve got a small shop, number 18, at the Whispering Palms complex in Lokhandwala, Kandivali East. Trimurti Properties is the name on the front. It’s a nice enough place to work, and the complex is usually quite busy with people coming and going. We’ve been in this specific shop for quite a few years now. Most of what we do is just helping local people buy or rent flats in the neighborhood. Kandivali East is a massive place with so many buildings, so we try to keep our focus on what’s nearby. The office isn’t much to look at, just a few chairs and a desk covered in listings and keys. We don't have a big corporate team, it’s just us. Sometimes the shop gets a bit crowded when a few families come in at once, but we make it work. We know the security guards and the shopkeepers around here, which helps us stay updated on what’s available. We don’t do any of that fancy promotional stuff. We just list what we have and show it to people who are interested. It’s a very local business. If you are walking around Whispering Palms, you can’t miss us. We’re usually there six days a week, just doing our thing and helping people find a place to live. It’s honest work and it keeps us occupied throughout the month.
