You can find the Treesta Estates team over at Vailankanni Tower in Mahim. We are in apartment A-601 on the sixth floor. It’s located on Senapati Bapat Marg in the Mari Nagar area. Being in Mahim is great because it’s so central for us to get around Mumbai. The office is pretty simple. We’ve turned this space into a working environment where we handle all our real estate and estate management tasks. It doesn’t feel like a cold corporate office; it feels more like a place where people actually spend time. We have a few desks and a lot of filing cabinets. We spend a lot of time on the phone or out meeting people at different properties. When we are in the office, we’re usually catching up on paperwork or planning our next steps. The view from the sixth floor is mostly of the neighboring buildings and the busy road below. We don't have any fancy decorations or a reception desk. If you come by, you’ll probably just see one of us working at a table. We like to keep things straightforward and avoid any unnecessary fluff. It’s a practical location for a small business like ours. We just focus on doing our jobs well and keeping our records in order. It’s a busy building with a lot of other residents and small businesses, so there’s always a bit of a buzz. We just keep to ourselves and do our daily tasks.
