Treeline Apartment

Treeline Apartment is managed from unit number 4 inside Gokul Apartments. We are located on Dadabhai Cross Road in Vile Parle West which is part of the Mahesh Society in Chintamani Nagar. It is a very quiet and residential part of the suburbs with lots of old trees and families who have lived here for generations. Our office is a small room within the apartment complex where we keep all the records and files. It is not a fancy corporate space at all. It is just a desk and a few chairs and a phone that rings whenever someone has a problem. We have been looking after things here for a long time and we know almost everyone in the building. Vile Parle West has a very different feel from the rest of Mumbai because it is a bit more relaxed. Our day is usually spent talking to residents or coordinating with repair people like plumbers and electricians. It is a very hands-on job and there is always something small that needs fixing. We do not use any complicated software to run the place just our notebooks and some basic spreadsheets. Chintamani Nagar is a pleasant neighborhood and we enjoy being part of the community here. We do not have any big goals other than keeping the building running smoothly every day. It is just a regular job for us in a nice part of town.
