Treecon Industrial Solutions is based out of a flat in Indrayani Nagar. It’s Building 10, Flat 16, over in Sector 2, Scheme 1. Bhosari is a pretty industrial area, so it makes sense for us to be here. The flat isn't huge, but it's enough for what we need to do. Most of our time is spent out on sites anyway, so the office is just for the boring stuff like billing and phone calls. It’s a quiet residential building, so we try not to make too much noise when we’re coming and going. The neighbors are mostly families, and they’ve known us for a while. Sometimes the stairs are a bit of a climb if the lift is acting up. We have a lot of files stacked up in the corners because there’s never enough shelf space. It’s not a corporate showroom, just a place where we sit down and figure things out. We focus on industrial stuff, which keeps us pretty busy around Pune. Every day is different. One day we're looking at machines, the next we're stuck doing tax papers. It’s a small operation, really. We don’t have a marketing team or anything like that. Just a few of us trying to make a living and get the jobs done right. It’s practical work. We’ve been in this building for some time now and it feels like home.
