Trec Constructions Llp

We are located in Gundecha Chambers, Room 408, on N.M. Road in Fort. This part of Mumbai is really old and has a lot of character, but it’s also incredibly crowded and noisy. Trec Constructions Llp has been working out of this office for a while. We handle building projects around the city. The office is usually a bit of a mess with blueprints spread out over the tables and samples of materials everywhere. That’s just how we work. Being in Fort means we’re close to a lot of the government offices, which helps when we have to go file papers or get permits, which happens more often than I’d like. The building we are in is one of those classic Mumbai structures where the elevators are always busy and the hallways are narrow. We aren't a massive firm, just a dedicated group of people trying to get things built correctly. Every project has its own set of problems, from old pipes to structural surprises, and we just deal with them as they come up. It’s a practical business. We don't spend money on fancy advertisements; we just let the work speak for itself. Sometimes we're here until the sun goes down trying to finish a bid or a schedule. It’s a lot of legwork and phone calls, but that is the only way things get done in this city. We've been at it for years and we know the rhythm of the streets here.
