You can find Trec Builders Llp over in the Fort area of Mumbai. We are in Gundecha Chambers, room 408, right on N.M. Road. Fort is such an old part of the city, full of history and those big stone buildings. It’s a busy place to work, but we like the energy of it. Our office isn't huge, but it's enough for what we need to do. Being in the 400023 zip code means we are right in the heart of Mumbai City. Most of our day is spent dealing with builders, architects, and the various people who make a construction project happen. As an LLP, we keep things pretty direct between the partners. We aren't a giant company with layers of management, so when something needs a decision, we just talk it out and get it done. The building we are in, Gundecha Chambers, has a lot of other businesses too, so there’s always people coming and going. N.M. Road is always loud with horns and people, but that’s just Mumbai for you. We’ve been working out of this space for a while now, and it serves us well. We do our best to keep projects on track, even when the city’s pace makes that difficult. It’s honest work, and we don’t try to sugarcoat the challenges. We’re just here in Fort, doing our bit in the building industry and keeping things moving as best as we can every day. We manage the paperwork here and handle the site meetings.
