We've been at Borivali West for a while now. Our office is on the first floor of Goraganghi Apartment. It’s pretty easy to find since we’re right opposite the station. Being here means we see a lot of people passing by every day. We handle holiday bookings and stuff like that. Mostly, it is just us sitting at the desks, answering phones and helping people figure out where they want to go for their next break. Sometimes it gets a bit noisy because of the station traffic outside, but we like being in the middle of things. We aren't a big fancy office with glass walls or anything. It's just a regular workspace where we get things done. Over the years, we've seen the neighborhood change quite a bit. Most of our regulars just drop in when they're heading home from work. We try to keep things straightforward. If you're looking for us, just look for the sign near the station exit. We usually have some brochures lying around, but most people just want to talk through their plans. It’s a busy spot, but we’ve made ourselves at home here on the second stage of Magadi. The team really tries to stay organized, even when things get hectic during the holiday season. It's just how we run things here. There’s always someone around to chat if you’re planning a trip. We don't do much in the way of big ads, just rely on folks knowing we're here.
