Traveller World

Traveller World is right in Nariman Point, on the second floor of the Sudarshan Building. It’s a very professional area of the city but we keep our office feeling pretty casual. We help people with their travel plans and tickets. It’s not a huge agency with hundreds of employees or anything like that. Just a few of us sitting at our desks and talking on the phone most of the day. We’ve seen a lot of changes in how people travel over the years. Nariman Point has all these big, fancy buildings and we are just tucked away in one of them. We don't have a glossy brochure for ourselves. We just talk to people about where they want to go and what they can afford. Sometimes the phones don't stop ringing and it gets a bit stressful for everyone. Other times it is quiet enough to look out the window and watch the city move. We don't make big claims about being the best in the business. We just know the routes and the prices fairly well. People come to us because they want a real person to talk to, not just a computer screen on a website. The office is full of maps and old files. It feels very lived in. We aren't trying to be a big corporate travel firm. We are just Traveller World, helping folks get from one place to another without too much trouble.
