Travelguru

We’re located in the 400086 area of Mumbai, which is a pretty active part of the city to be in. Being in Maharashtra means there's always something going on right outside our door. Our office isn't anything special to look at, just a place where we sit and sort out travel plans for people who need them. We’ve been doing this for a while now, and we've learned a lot of tricks along the way. Travel can be a bit of a mess sometimes with all the delays, so we try to help sort it out for our customers. We don't use fancy slogans or have big meetings about our goals. We just show up, open the shutters, and start working. There are usually a few of us here, drinking chai and talking to customers on the phone throughout the day. Sometimes the noise from the street is really loud, but that’s just part of living in Mumbai. We help with hotel bookings and trips mostly. It's a lot of staring at computer screens and making phone calls to verify things. We don't have a big corporate feel because we aren't like those huge companies. We’re just regular people who know a bit about how the travel industry works. If things go wrong with a booking, we try our best to fix it as fast as we can. It's not always perfect, but we do what we can for people. We've lived in this city our whole lives, so we know how to navigate the daily chaos.
