Travel House Services

Travel House Services is located on Gokhale Road. We are on the third floor, room 301, inside the Navarang Shopping Arcade. It’s a busy building with a lot of different shops and offices. You have to walk through the main entrance and take the stairs or the lift up to find us. The office is full of stacks of papers, brochures, and maps. We spend most of the day on the phone or typing on the computers. People come in looking to go somewhere, whether it’s for work or a holiday. We don’t have a glossy travel magazine look. It’s a working office where we deal with tickets and bookings. The street outside is always noisy with traffic and people walking by the shops. We can hear the honking from our window. Sometimes it gets quite crowded in the office when a few families come in at once. We just have a couple of desks and some chairs for visitors. We’ve been at this location for a while, so we know the other shop owners in the arcade. It’s a local feel. We don't use fancy sales pitches. We just tell people what flights are available and how much they cost. It’s about being helpful and getting the paperwork sorted. The coffee machine in the corner is probably the most used thing in the room besides the printers.
