You can find Transcreek Engineers Pvt. Ltd. on the second floor of Abdeally Chambers. It’s building number 187 on Lamington Road, right across from where the Minerva Cinema used to be. Lamington Road is a crazy place, always full of people, bikes, and carts moving around. Our office is a bit of a climb up the stairs in this old building. It’s not the most modern space, but it’s where we do all our engineering planning and paperwork. The rooms are a bit narrow and we have files stacked up in the corners. From the windows, you can hear the constant honking of the Mumbai traffic. It’s a bit of a contrast from the technical work we do inside. We aren't a big firm with hundreds of employees; we are just a dedicated group working out of this chamber. We’ve spent many years in this neighborhood, and we’ve gotten used to the noise and the pace of it all. We don’t really do much in terms of advertising or big presentations. Most people who know us just come straight to the second floor. The building has a lot of history, and you can feel it in the walls and the old lift. We just focus on our projects and try to navigate the daily chaos of the city while getting things done for our clients.
