Our main setup is over at 217 Narayan Udyog Bhavan in the Lalbaug industrial area. It is one of those big buildings with lots of different small businesses working side by side. We also have a presence at Crescent Business Square on Kherani Road in Saki Naka, Andheri East. Having spots in both Lalbaug and Andheri keeps us moving around a lot. We deal with a lot of different types of luggage and travel gear. It is more of a wholesale and distribution feel than a fancy retail shop. We spend a lot of time checking shipments and making sure the inventory is where it needs to be. The 901 unit in Saki Naka is usually busy with people coming and going. Lalbaug is an older part of the city with its own rhythm. We have been doing this for years, so we know the luggage business inside and out. It is hard work moving heavy boxes and managing orders across two different parts of Mumbai. We are just a group of people trying to keep the business running smoothly. There is always a lot of tea drinking and talking to delivery drivers throughout the day. We don't really have a corporate office, just these working spaces where the real stuff happens. It is a practical, no-nonsense kind of operation for us. We just make sure the bags get where they need to go and that our customers are handled fairly in the process.
