Our office is tucked away in the DGP House on Old Prabhadevi Road in Mumbai. We’re up on the fifth floor. If you know Mumbai, you know how the traffic can get around here, especially during the rains. We’ve been making bags and luggage for a long time. It’s a big part of what we do every single day. The office has a lot of history, and you can kind of feel it in the walls. It’s not some shiny new glass tower. It’s a place where people actually work. We spend a lot of time thinking about how people travel. We see folks carrying our stuff at the train stations and airports, which is always a bit strange but nice. We don't go for the flashy stuff. We just want to make things that don't fall apart when you're halfway across the country. The team here is pretty tight. We’ve seen a lot of changes in the industry, but we just keep showing up. Some of the desks have been here since the nineties. We drink a lot of chai and talk about designs. It’s a busy atmosphere, but we like it. Being in Mumbai keeps us on our toes. There's always something happening outside the window on 88-C. We’re just a bunch of people trying to make travel a little less stressful for everyone else by providing something sturdy and reliable for their clothes.
