Our place is located in Village Bhora, near the post office in Salem Tabri, over in Santacruz East. It’s a bit tucked away, so people sometimes have a hard time finding it the first time. We’ve been operating from here for a while. It’s not a big fancy office building, just a practical space where we handle our business. We do a mix of things, mostly dealing with international stuff which sounds more exciting than it actually is. It involves a lot of paperwork and making sure things get sent to the right place. We have a small team here. Sometimes it gets a bit quiet, other times everyone is running around trying to meet a deadline. We don’t have a big marketing department or anything like that. Most of our work comes from people who have known us for years. We just try to stay on top of the regulations and the shipping schedules. Santacruz East is a busy area, always something going on. We like being here because it’s close to the main transport links. The office gets a bit messy with all the files, but we know where everything is. We just come in, do the work, and go home. It’s a regular job for us. We don’t try to be anything we’re not. It’s just a small operation running out of a local village area. We’ve been here long enough to know how things work.
