Start with the location. Vile Parle East is always crowded. We are in the Everest Cleopatra building. People usually get lost looking for the Shiv Sena Chowky first. It’s been a while since we set up here. Mostly we handle bookings and travel stuff. It’s a small office, nothing too fancy. Sometimes the lift acts up, so walking up to A 202 is common. We spend most of the day on the phone or checking schedules. It gets noisy outside with the traffic. The Manekbaug Society is a quiet spot otherwise. We aren't a big corporation, just a few of us trying to get people where they need to go. If you come by, the entrance is a bit narrow. We don't have a huge sign outside. It’s just how things are in this part of Mumbai. We drink a lot of tea while working on itineraries. The weather lately has made the commute here a bit of a pain. Most people just call us instead of visiting. But if you do come, we're right there. We try to keep things simple. No flashy brochures or anything like that. Just pen, paper, and the computer screen. It’s a busy life but it keeps us going. The neighborhood has changed a lot over the years, more shops now. We’ve stayed in this same spot though. It’s home for us now.
