Our office is located on the ground floor of Arun Chamber, right near the Panchvati Petrol Pump in Tardeo. It's a busy corner of Mumbai to be in. We work here talking to people about travel and visiting places far away. The office is small and we have pictures on the wall of different landscapes. It's not a fancy corporate setup, just some desks and chairs where we sit and talk to anyone who walks in. Being on the ground floor is handy because people can just step inside from the street. We get a lot of noise from the petrol pump next door, but you stop noticing it after a while. My colleague and I handle most of the inquiries. We’ve been at this address for a long time, and we know the tea stall guy and the regulars around here. We don't use big words or try to sell something people don't want. We just give out the facts about what's available. Sometimes the air conditioning acts up, so we leave the door open for a breeze. It’s a straightforward job. We assist with the paperwork and tell people what they need to know for their journeys. It’s a modest place. We don’t have a big marketing budget, so we just rely on being here every day and helping whoever comes through the door.
