Our small office is tucked away in Mani Bhavan on Shraddhanand Road. Being near the Sai Baba Mandir in Vile Parle East, it’s a familiar spot for many. We focus on trips within India. Usually, someone walks in wanting to see the mountains or a beach, and we look at what’s available. It’s not a huge operation. We spend a lot of time on the phone checking hotel dates and train tickets. Sometimes the internet is slow and we have to wait, but that’s just how it goes. We try to be honest about which places are too crowded during certain months. We’ve been at this address for a good bit now. The room is filled with old maps and notebooks. Most of our clients are families from the neighborhood who want a simple vacation without any drama. We don't promise luxury that isn't there. If a hotel is basic, we tell you it's basic. It’s better that way so nobody is disappointed later. Sometimes we have to deal with cancellations or rain ruining plans, and we just try to fix it. We aren't some big corporate travel agency. Just a few of us here near the temple. We know the domestic routes pretty well by now. It’s decent work and keeps us busy throughout the year. We drink a lot of tea while sorting out bookings. It helps when the phone won't stop ringing and everyone is asking for the same dates.
