We are located in Andheri West, right on S V Road inside the Palm Spring Building. Our office is units 114/115. It’s a very busy part of town, especially being so close to the Lokhadwal Complex. There’s always someone walking in asking about train fares or bus routes. The building is a typical commercial block, and our space is filled with desks and a few chairs for visitors. We don't use any slick marketing tactics or big billboards. Most of our work is just coordinating travel plans and making sure people have their documents ready. S V Road is famous for its traffic, so we hear the honking all day long. Daulat Nagar is a lively area and we’ve become a part of the daily rhythm here. Sometimes the office gets crowded when a whole family comes in to plan a trip. We keep a lot of local guides and maps lying around, though most people just ask us directly. We aren't a giant travel agency with hundreds of employees. It’s just a few of us trying to keep things organized. We spend a lot of time on the computer, but we prefer talking to people face to face. It’s a decent way to earn a living, helping folks get from Andheri to wherever they need to be. We just keep our heads down and handle the bookings as they come in throughout the afternoon.
