Tour India Tours & Travels is based in Andheri, at number 115. If you know Andheri, you know it’s one of the busiest places you could ever be in. Our office reflects that energy. It’s a small space, but we pack a lot into it. We have maps pinned to the walls and folders everywhere you look. It’s not the most organized-looking place, but we know where everything is. We spend our days answering calls and typing out itineraries. It gets pretty loud sometimes with all the traffic outside and the people coming in and out. We don’t have a big marketing budget or anything like that. We just rely on people seeing our sign or hearing about us from a friend. Most of the people who come to see us are looking for a simple way to get around or a nice trip for their family. We sit down with them, maybe offer them some water, and talk through the options. It’s a very manual process. There are no fancy apps or complicated systems here. Just us and our computers. We’ve been at 115 for a while and we’ve seen the neighborhood change quite a bit. But our little office stays pretty much the same. We like the bustle of Andheri. It keeps us on our toes and ensures there’s always something to do every single day. We are just local people trying to help other people travel.
