Touchdown Holidays

Our office is up in Room 1013 of Maker Chamber, which is right in the middle of the Nariman Point rush. If you are coming from Manish Market or walking down Palton Road, you can't miss the area, though finding the right door in these big buildings sometimes takes a minute. We are directly opposite Maker Chamber 3. Inside, it is usually a bit of a mess with papers and travel itineraries lying around. The phones don’t really stop ringing during the day. It is a bit loud with all the office noise and the street sounds drifting up, but we like the energy of being in such a busy part of the city. We spend a lot of time looking at screens and trying to figure out flight timings or bus routes for people. Sometimes the tea guy comes by and we take a quick break, but mostly we are just busy working through the bookings. Nariman Point is a tough place to commute to, so we are always here early to beat the crowd. The office isn't anything spectacular to look at, just desks and chairs and a lot of maps, but it is where we do everything for Touchdown Holidays. Dealing with travel plans means things change every ten minutes, so we just try to keep our heads down and get the tickets sorted for whoever walks in.
