Tonic Media Web Interactive is over at L/ 217 Mohan Nagar on Duttmandir Rd in Kandivali West, Mumbai. Our postcode is 400067. We are a small group of people working on web stuff and interactive media. The office is in a pretty busy residential and commercial mix, so there is always a lot of energy around Mohan Nagar. We spend most of our time staring at code or looking at website designs on our monitors. It’s a practical workspace without any of the fancy decorations you might see in big agency offices. We have our desks, our chairs, and a small area where we keep the kettle for tea. Duttmandir Rd can get quite crowded during the rush hour, so most of us try to get in early. We aren't trying to change the world or anything, we just want to build websites that work the way they are supposed to. Sometimes we get stuck on a technical problem and we all gather around one screen to figure it out. That's the way it usually goes here. We don't have a mission statement on the wall. We just have our tasks for the day and we try to get through them. Being in Kandivali is great because there are plenty of places to grab a quick meal. It’s just a regular workplace with regular people doing their best to keep the internet running for the clients who need us.
