Token Properties

You can find Token Properties at shop number 40 in the Kamdhenu Shopping Centre. We are in Andheri West, right opposite Pradeep Jewellers. It’s a busy little spot, and there’s always someone stopping by to look at the notices we pin up in the window. We’ve been here for a while, and the shopping center is like a second home to us. The office isn't very large—just enough room for me and my assistant to keep our files and take some phone calls. We mostly help people find apartments or small shop spaces around Andheri. It’s a lot of walking back and forth between the different blocks. We know most of the shopkeepers around here, and we often hear about available places before they even hit the market. We don't use a lot of fancy marketing. Usually, we just talk to people and show them what’s available on our list. Sometimes the traffic outside makes it hard to hear on the phone, but that’s just part of being in this location. We handle the basic paperwork and try to make sure everything is clear for both the buyer and the seller. It’s just us, working out of a small shop, trying to keep things moving along for our customers. The chairs are a bit old and the computer is slow, but we get things done. We usually close up around seven in the evening if it has been a long day of meetings and paperwork.
