We are located at Shop No 3 in Hari Bhuvan. It’s on Zaver Road in Mulund West. If you know where the Vasupujya Jain temple is, we are right next to it. It’s a nice enough spot, though the street gets very busy during festival times. Our shop is small. We have some chairs for people to sit while we look up flights or hotels on the computer. We don’t have those big glossy brochures you see in movies. Most of our stuff is just printed out or on the screen. We’ve been here for a while, so the locals know us. They usually stop by after visiting the temple. We talk about where they want to go for their summer break. Sometimes the air conditioner makes a weird rattling sound, but it keeps the place cool enough. We spend a lot of time on the phone. It’s just how the travel business is. We try to keep things simple. No complicated packages or hidden things. We just tell people what is available and what it costs. It’s a bit cramped when more than three people come in at once. We usually have some water for guests. Tmt Holidays isn't a big chain. We’re just a small shop on a busy Mulund street. We like the neighborhood feel of this place and wouldn't want to move anywhere else right now.
