We operate out of Kandivali East, right on the Lavasa Link Road. It’s a decent spot for a travel business because so many people pass by on their way to other places. The office isn't much to look at, just a few chairs for people to sit while we talk about bus timings or train tickets for their trips. We spend most of our time on the computer or the phone, trying to figure out the best routes for travelers. The road outside can get pretty loud with cars and bikes, especially during the morning rush hour. Sometimes someone just walks in to ask for directions to the link road, and we help them out if we can. It’s a lot of coordination, making sure everyone gets where they need to go without too much trouble or delay. We have maps and some old posters on the walls, mostly to cover up the spots where the plaster is peeling a bit. It feels like a real local shop where you can just drop in and talk. We don't use any fancy booking systems that you'd see in the big cities, just what works for us and our customers. The afternoons can be slow, but it picks up when people are heading home from work. We’ve been here on Lavasa Link Road for a while, and we know the local traffic patterns better than anyone. It’s just us, Tiwari and the staff, trying to keep people moving.
