Tina Travels

Tina Travels is based out of the Day Night Communication center in Borivali East. We are located near Peenya 2nd Stage, right next to the Utsav Hotel. It’s a bit of a shared space, so it isn't just us in the room. There are phones ringing and people coming in for other things too. We have a couple of desks where we handle travel bookings. It’s not a big, fancy travel agency with bright lights. We mostly help people figure out their bus routes or get train tickets sorted when the system is being difficult. We’ve been here for a while now, and most of the people who come to us are locals from the Borivali area. We don't have a big staff, just Tina and two of us helping out. The office is usually a bit cluttered with notebooks and printouts. We don't use any complex software; we just look things up and tell people the best way to get where they are going. The hotel next door is a good landmark, and we often point people toward it if they are lost. It’s a simple operation. We don't make big promises or use marketing talk. We just find the tickets and take the payments. Sometimes it gets a bit loud with all the communication center activity, but we are used to it by now. It is a convenient spot for us and for the people who live nearby. We just take it one booking at a time.
